How we handle the details you send through our contact form and what you say to our voice guide, under Qatar’s Law No. (13) of 2016 on Protecting Personal Data Privacy.

What we collect and why
Your name, organisation, email, phone, the service you need and your message, plus the date and the page you sent it from. We use them only to answer your enquiry.
To keep the form free of spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks your browser, and we keep a scrambled code instead of your IP address. No marketing, and no tracking or analytics cookies.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Who handles it
Our staff, plus three providers working on our instructions: Cloudflare (the website and its database, in Western Europe), Resend (sending our emails, from Ireland) and Microsoft 365 (our company email). We do not sell or share your details.
Talking to Wasel, our voice guide
If you choose to talk to Wasel, your voice and the conversation are streamed live to our voice-service provider, which turns them into Wasel’s answers and may process them outside Qatar. ICS does not record or keep the audio or the conversation.
So that Wasel can carry on when he opens another page for you, the last few lines of the conversation, and any enquiry details he typed into the form for you, are kept in your browser tab, not on our servers. They are no longer used after five minutes and are removed when you close the tab.
How long we keep it
While we handle your enquiry. A closed enquiry is normally deleted about 200 days after its last activity (120 days, then 80 days in the trash), unless it is kept for ongoing work.
